At the end of 2020, it was necessary to launch the production process in chemical production. We had experience with standard industrial equipment, but after searching at worldwide manufacturers for a ready-made mechanism, We didn’t find anything ready, so we started designing the very first parts of mechanisms.
At the beginning of 2021, the prototype of the first production unit was already ready. We founded the company Winger and started producing the working line. We purchased high-precision machines and tools in order to qualitatively produce all the mechanical parts ourselves, since all the necessary parts сurrent line and further lines were non-standard. We will soon had a machine park.
Soon we were approached by other industrial sectors with the tasks of modernizing old industrial lines for new products. We had to attract new employees and equipment to solve increasingly new non-standard mechanical problems. 2022 became a turning point and at the same time an extremely busy year. We managed to develop more than 10 new prototypes of mechanical solutions.
In order to reduce the time for integrating our developed mechanisms into upcoming projects, we decided to make ready-made workpieces of already developed mechanisms. We also improved the drawing and documentation base for the component parts. All this made it possible to reduce the implementation time of projects by up to 40%, which gave us opportunity to devote enough time to new components that require development and testing.
At the end of last year it was already clear that we would need to recruit even more specialists in order to cover upcoming projects without delays. From the beginning of 2024 we have increased our full-time and contract staff. A retraining package has been prepared for all personnel, which will soon provide the opportunity to take on more complex tasks in new industries.
